About me
I have a degree in Architecture from ETSAM (Polytechnic University of Madrid) with more than 15 years of experience in different countries.
Graduated in May 2007, and after a brief professional period in Madrid, I spent two years working in New York for OBRA Architects, a firm focused on conceptual design, UTOPUS, studio of interior design, and Chelsea West Architects, specialized in urban developments.
In 2010 I joined Luis Vidal + architects in Madrid, and for the following three years I was in London, working on the construction of the new Heathrow airport terminal (T2A), a project carried out by the same studio together with Foster+Partners. In London I also had the opportunity to work at SOM-Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.
This experience abroad enriched my personality and my professional career, expanding my horizons, knowledge and aspirations.
Since 2014 I have been working as a freelancer carrying out single-family home projects and interior renovations, which summarize my personality as an architect. A personality forged through an international and diverse experience.
PROJECTS
Zabala General Reform (2022)
The objectives of this comprehensive renovation were to reduce hallways, connect rooms and maximize the use of space. A careful interior design and furnishing project did the rest.
CASINO REFORM
(2019)
A studied distribution and industrial aesthetic transformed a 49m2 apartment into a bright and stylish home.
Spanish Farm
(2018)
Interior design and renovation project for a premises next to the Prado Museum, to convert it into the successful Spanish Farm restaurant. Madrid.
Las Palmas Penthouse Reform (2017)
A modern comprehensive transformation of an attic and its terrace, for a couple of urban artists. The Gran Canarian palms.
Vitruvio Full Reform (2016)
Horizontal division of a single-family house in the sky, to create three independent homes with common areas on the ground floor and attic. Madrid.
Los Lobos Project
(2015)
Vivienda para alojar a varias generaciones de una misma familia, creada por fases alrededor de un aljibe necesario para el riego de una parcela. Ciudad Real.
Cruz House
(2014)
Project to convert an industrial warehouse into a single-family home. Archbishop's Bridge, Toledo.
